PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE. When you agree the following user-conditions, it will be effected between you and KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. , and then you will be able to download this software （the “Software”）.

License.
　KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. （"Kyocera"） grants you a non-exclusive, 
　non-transferable license to use the device drivers and the software (all
　referred to herein as the “Software”), which you have downloaded, subject
　to the terms and conditions of this LICENSE AGREEMENT.
　“Use” means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the 
　Software.

You may not:
　　a) Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create 
　　　derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy) the 
　　　Software;
　　b) Rent, transfer or grant any rights in the Software in any form to any 
　　　person without the prior written consent of Kyocera;
　　c) Remove any proprietary notices, labels or marks on the Software;
　　d) Post the Software to any location that is electronically accessible to 
　　　the general public, including, but not limited to: electronic 
　　　bulletin boards, web sites, and ftp sites.

This license is not a sale. Title and copyrights to the Software and any 
　　copy made by you remain with Kyocera or its licensors. Unauthorized 
　　copying of the Software or failure to comply with the above restrictions 
　　will result in automatic termination of this license and will make 
　　available to Kyocera other legal remedies.

Copyright. 
　The copyright and any other rights as to the Software and its copies or any 
　part thereof are owned by Kyocera or its licensors. You are prohibited 
　from deleting or removing the copyright notice affixed in this package or 
　described in the Software.

Disclaimer.
　　　The Software and accompanying written materials are licensed “as is.”

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF 
　MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO 
　EVENT WILL KYOCERA DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL 
　OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, 
　BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND THE LIKE), WHETHER 
　FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE 
　THE SOFTWARE, OTHER ITEMS IN THIS PACKAGE, ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, 
　OR PRINTER.

Export Requirements. 
　You may not use, export or re-export the Software or any copy or adaptation 
　in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.  Specifically, you may 
　not export or re-export the Software to any country to which the United 
　States embargoes its goods; and you may not distribute the Software to any 
　person on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity List, or the List of 
　Specially Designated Nationals.  By downloading or using the Software you 
　are certifying that you have the right to use the Software without violating 
　any laws or regulations and that you will not violate this export requirement
　restriction.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights. 
　The Software has been developed entirely at private expense and is provided
　as“Commercial Computer Software” or “restricted computer software.”  It
　is licensed as “commercial computer software” as defined in DFARS 252.227-
　7013 (Oct 1988), DFARS 252.211-7015 (May 1991) or DFARS 252.227-7014 (Jun 
　1995), as a “commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101 (a), or as “Restricted
　computer software” as defined in FAR 52.227-19 (Jun 1987) (or any equivalent
　agency regulation or contract clause), whichever is applicable. You have only
　those rights provided for the Software as set forth in this License 
　Agreement.

Termination. 
　This license will terminate immediately without notice from Kyocera if 
　you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon such 
　termination you must destroy the Software, all accompanying written materials
　and copies.

本ソフトウェアをダウンロードされる前に、下記の使用条件をよくお読みください。
下記の使用条件に同意いただいた場合、京セラドキュメントソリューションズ（株）との間で契約が成立し、本ソフトウェアのダウンロードが可能となります。

第１条（使用権）
１．京セラドキュメントソリューションズ株式会社（以下、当社といいます）は、 
　　ダウンロードしたデバイス･ドライバー及びソフトウェア（以下併せて、
　　本ソフトウェアといいます）に関する非独占的且つ譲渡不能な使用権を、
　　本使用許諾契約の条件の下、お客様に許諾致します。
　　使用権とは、お客様が本ソフトウェアを保持し、読み込み、インストールし、実行
　　させ又は表示させる権利を意味します。
２．お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
　　a.本ソフトウェアの改変、翻訳、リバース･エンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆ア
　　　センブル、派生物の作成又は複製（バックアップコピーは除く）を行うこと。
　　b.当社の同意なく、本ソフトウェアを第三者に貸与、譲渡又はその他本ソフトウェ
　　　アに関する権利の許諾を行うこと。
    c.本ソフトウェア上の権利表示を取り除くこと。
    d.本ソフトウェアを、電子掲示板、ウェブサイト、FTP サイトを含むがそれに限定
　　　されない、一般に電子的なアクセスが可能な場所へ置くこと。
３．この使用権はお客様に販売されたものではありません。本ソフトウェア及びお客様
　　が作成した複製物に関する著作権等の権利は、当社又は当社が使用許諾を受けてい
　　るライセンサーに帰属します。
４．本ソフトウェアの不正な複製又は上記の条件に対する違反があった場合は、この
　　使用許諾は自動的に終了し、当社は法的な救済を受けることができます。

第２条（著作権）
１．本ソフトウェア、複製物に関する著作権及びその他の権利は、その全て又は一部で
　　あるとを問わず、当社又は当社が使用許諾を受けているライセンサに帰属します。
２．お客様は、オリジナルのパッケージ 又は本ソフトウェア中に記載される著作権表示
　　を取り除くことはできません。

第３条（責任の制限）
１．本ソフトウェア及び附属の書類は、現状あるがままの状態で使用権が許諾されるも
　　のです。
２．当社は、本ソフトウェアが商品性を有すること及びお客様の特定業務に適合するこ
　　とを含む、黙示的な保証をするものではありません。また当社はいかなる場合も、
　　パッケージ上の本ソフトウェア等、附属書類又は機器の使用又は使用できなかった
　　ことから生ずる、営業的利益の喪失、営業の中断、営業的情報の喪失等に関する損
　　害を含む派生的損害、付随的損害又は間接的損害については、予見できたかできな
　　かったかにかかわらず、責任を負うものではありません。

第４条（輸出規制）
１．適用される法律または規制に反して、本ソフトウェアまたはその複製物または改変
　　物を使用、輸出または再輸出してはなりません。
２．本ソフトウェアを米国政府が輸出を禁ずる国への輸出および再輸出してはなりませ
　　ん。本ソフトウェアをTable of Denial Orders、Entity ListまたはList of Speci-
　　ally Designated Nationalsの取引禁止対象者リストの対象者へ頒布してはなりませ
　　ん。
３．本ソフトウェアをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、お客樣は本ソフトウェ
　　アを法律または規制に反せずに使用できること及び輸出規制に違反しないことを証
　　したことになります。

第５条（米国政府の権利の制限）
１．本ソフトウェアと附属書類はすべて民間の費用によって開発されたものです。
２．これらは、DFARS 252.227-7013 (1988年10月)、DFARS 252.211-7015 (1991年5月)、
　　またはDFARS 252.227-7014 (1995年6月) に定義されている「商用コンピュータソ
　　フトウェア」、またはFAR 2.101 (a) に定義されている「商用品目」、またはFAR
　　52.227-19 (1987年6月) (または、これに相当する関連官庁の規定および契約条項)
　　に定義されている「制限付きコンピュータソフトウェア」のうちの適用可能なもの
　　として出荷され、使用権が許諾されるものです。
３．お客様は、本使用許諾契約書によって本ソフトウェアに関して提供される権利のみ
　　を付与されるものとします。
